1. About us
This website (emporuk.com) is operated by EMPORUK Ltd, trading as Emperor Collects, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17240959) with its registered office at Metic House, Ripley Drive, Normanton, West Yorkshire, WF6 1QT. You can contact us at support@emporuk.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean EMPORUK Ltd.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, if the order breaches a purchase limit, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
4. Purchase limits
Some products carry a per-customer purchase limit. A limit applies per person and per household or delivery address, across all accounts, email addresses and payment methods. We may cancel orders that we reasonably believe were placed to get round a limit.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. EMPORUK Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
6. Product descriptions
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Products are sold as sealed retail items; we make no guarantee about the contents of randomised products such as booster packs, and pull rates are set by the manufacturer.
7. Pre-orders
Release dates for pre-order items are set by manufacturers and distributors and can change. If our allocation is cut, we may have to reduce or cancel your pre-order, in which case we will refund you for anything we cannot supply.
8. Delivery, risk and ownership
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
9. Cancellations and returns
Your right to cancel, the conditions for returning trading card products, and our returns process are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, and we supply products for domestic and private use only. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will try to resolve it quickly.
